I'm a chef in Japan — my first vlog!

I work as a cook in the Japanese countryside, and you're going to join me on a busy and stressful shift! It's about time I release a full video for you, so this is my first long video diary, a kind of vlog. You'll probably notice that the weather and nature look a bit dull, but that's because the video was filmed back in March - better late than never, as they say!
