How to ruin a "100%" playthrough [Metroid Prime]

This was done so I don't have to replay until the moment where this thing happened to me during the LEGIT 100% playthrough. Remember once and for all: DO NOT BREAK ICICLES IN GRAVITY CHAMBER UNTIL YOU GET THE GRAPPLE BEAM! Don't repeat my mistake when you decide to sequence break Metroid Prime. There is a trick to get this missile without Grapple Beam, but it's really hard.
